This letter is a different assignment than any I've ever done. For my Children's Literature class, we had to write a response letter as a fairytale character that 3rd graders wrote to. I've never written anything like this before and it was very natural as the words flowed because I felt like although small, I was giving back in a way.
This essay was written in the most professional mindset that I've ever written an essay in. In Author's Study, the goal was to write a well researched paper that would be acceptable to hand in in college. Having this in mind, this essay consisted of me finding very legitimate sources to quote and to cite. We worked on citations heavily in this class as well and I think that the final draft represented the work I put into it.
